Flank is the steakhouse in Genoa Marassi managed by Boris. The restaurant boasts a high quality selection of Dry Aged meat. The collaboration with Flank began a few months after the inauguration of the venue. Our goal was to give an initial boost to the steakhouse and position it as one of the main points of reference in the Genoa area for meat.
